OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE

We cover all activities required to ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of the system/facility. This includes day-to-day operation, routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and performance monitoring to maintain optimal functionality and extend asset life.

  • Maintenance and security of the land
  • All necessary facilities for efficient use of the land and space
  • Transfer and disposal of unused equipment and schedule waste

Scope of Work - Phase 2

Operation and Maintenance

  • Electric, water supply, telephone and stable internet services for the whole project period
  • Catering services for all manpower involve in this project (estimated 190 pax) that include 3 times meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
  • Security services for all facilities (CLQ, Site Office, Warehouse and Expat Camp)
  • Maintenance of site office, CLQ and expat camp for the duration of 8.5 years to ensure the facilities in good operating condition
  • Maintenance of access road to the site office, CLQ and Expat Camp
  • Cleaning services that cover CLQ and site office
  • Housekeeping services for Expat Camp
  • Transportation services
